Leading Projects
1. Tunliu Thermal Power Plant
Starting on March 20, 2005, the coal gangue generator set of Tunliu Thermal Power Plant has a capacity of
2¡Á135MW, with the circular boiler of 2¡Á480t/h high voltage, and the first generator set will be put into production in October, the second in December, 2006.
2. Lu¡¯an Ronghai Power Plant
The plant has a capacity of 2¡Á135MW, with the circular boiler, supplied with middlings and coal gangues. The project will be completed in December, 2007.
3. Gaohe Power Plant
The plant has a total capacity of 2400MW with 4¡Á600MW generator set. With two 600 MW generator sets in the first phase, the project will start in 2006.
4. Mine Gas Power Station
4¡Á500KW gas power station will be built in Wuyang Coal Mine, besides, 18 MW gas power station in Changcun Coal Mine, Gaohe Coal Mine and Licun Coal Mine, while 36 MW gas power station in Gucheng and Tuliu.
5. Coal-To-Liquids
The first phase project of Coal-To-Liquids (CTL) has a capacity of 0.16 million t/a, and the main products are diesel, naphtha, LPG, etc. Construct an industrializaition plant of 2.6 million t/a, and ultimate capacity of 2 million t/a.
6. IGCC Circular Electricity Generating
The liquid fuel and Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle (IGCC) is gotten through coal gasification. With the technology from Lurgi Germany, the first phase of CTL is 0.16 million t/a and ultimate capacity 2 million t/a. The capacity of first phase generator set is 60MW and ultimate 3000MW.
7. Coal-Coke-Chemical Industry
Benzene refining and tar processing is developed with the meager lean coal, lean coal and coke coal, and the coke gas is restored so as to synthesize methanol and dimethyl ether. The coke capacity will reach 3 million t/a, methanol 0.6 million t/a, dimethyl ether 0.3 million t/a, tar processing 0.3 million t/a and benzene refining 0.1 million t/a.
8. Calcium Carbide
At present, calcium carbide production capacity of 0.33 million t/a has been formed, and combined with 0.45 million t/a in Donggu Industrial Park, Wuyang Xinyuan Coal and Chemical Company and Xibaitu Calcium Carbide Plant, the national largest calcium carbide base with the capacity of 1 million t/a will be realized.
9. Polyvinyl Chloride
The polyvinyl chloride project with a scale of 0.4 million t/a and hydronium alkali 0.4 million t/a has started and chief products are PVC resin, alkali and liquid chlorin, etc.
10. Ethyne Carbon Black
Make ethyne carbon black with calcium carbide. Now the capacity of the carbon black plant is 5000 t/a. It has exceeded national standard and reach or nearly reach Japanese JISK 1496-1984. 30 thousand t/a will be realized during the Eleven-Five-Year Plan.
11. Tar Carbon Black
Carbon black is one of the key materials for rubber product, printing ink and plastic. It has a vast market. The project capacity scale of the first phase is 0.1 million t/a and future scale 0.3 million t/a.
12. Nano Carbon Tube
Adopting Qinghua technology, Lu¡¯an Group has developed 10t of high-tech nano carbon tube. The industrialization production will be carried out during the Eleven-Five-Year Plan. Nano carbon is a new-style nano material, its intensity is 100 times higher than steel, but 1/6 lighter than steel. The project of nano carbon tube will reach 10t/a.
13. PVC Constructing Material
Utilize PVC resin to make constructing material. The present production capacity is 10 thousand t/a and future scale 0.15 million t/a.
14. Cement
Utilize calcium carbide slag and fly ash to make cement. The high standard cement project has a capacity of 0.6 million t/a, Al (OH)3 30 thousand t/a and commercial fly ash 0.4 million t/a.
15. Fly Ash Light Weight Aggregate (LWA)
Utilize the fly ash from the power plant to make LWA. It can be used as LWA concrete, and widely in the city planning, road project, gardening, sound absorbing, water treatment and roof virescence. The LWA project is 0.5 million m3 and fly ash depleted over 0.4 million t/a
